- Communications: messages exchanged between tenants and property managers within the Service.
- Maintenance requests: descriptions and photos you upload for maintenance tickets.
- Support requests: information you provide when contacting customer support.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, time spent in the app.
- Device information: device type, operating system, browser type, IP address.
- Mobile device identifiers: when you use our iOS app, we collect a device token used to deliver push notifications.

- Payment processors: Stripe sends us payment status confirmations.
3. iOS App Permissions
Our iOS app may request the following permissions. You can grant or revoke these permissions at any time in your device Settings.
- Camera: to capture photos of maintenance issues for submission with maintenance requests.
- Photo Library: to select existing photos for maintenance requests.
- Push Notifications: to send you alerts about new messages, payment confirmations, maintenance updates, and lease activity.
- Face ID / Touch ID (biometric authentication): to allow optional biometric login. Biometric data never leaves your device and is managed by iOS.
Denying these permissions will limit certain features but does not prevent you from using the core Service.

We use your information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Process rent payments and other financial transactions
- Send transactional communications (payment receipts, maintenance updates, account notifications)
